Sales Spare Part – automotive
Requirements :
– Female
– Possess minimum Diploma’s Degree from any major
– Be proficient in English, both written and spoken
– Have negotiation and communication capability
– Preferably with experience in the marketing & distribution of industrial/automotive parts & components.
– Fast learner, honest and comply with regulation (compliance, anti-bribery, etc),
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel, at least intermediate level (manage data, pivot function, developing reports, and so on)
Responsibility
– Selling & promoting our commercial spare parts to the customers
– Follow up on inquiries and communicate effectively with customers to ensure their requirements are met promptly.
– Understand customer needs, challenges, and industry trends to provide cost saving solutions in customers.
– Identify and target potential customers in various industries including industrial sectors and automotive sectors
– Planning and conducting daily visits to customers in order to build good relationship and to secure new sales
– Coordinating with related departments in terms of selling, stock replenishment and billing
– Research potential vendors, Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
– Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
– Handling Order to Supplier
– Maintain order from Customer
– Track orders and ensure timely delivery
– Manage Import & Export documents
